1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Golazzo. By registering an account, depositing or placing a bet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must be legally allowed to gamble online in your country of residence.
• You may not register an account if you live in a country listed in the Restricted Countries section below.
• Each person is allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances voided.

3. Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. You agree to keep this information up to date. Golazzo may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds (KYC). Withdrawals are not processed until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

• Minimum deposits depend on the chosen method (typically €10 for cards and Litecoin, €55 for most crypto).
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits are credited as soon as the operator confirms receipt - usually instantly for cards, e-wallets and crypto.
• Golazzo does not charge deposit fees. Network or payment-provider fees may apply.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed in the order received, normally within 24 hours of request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a method registered in your name. Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative will be requested.
• Standard daily limit is €3,000 (higher for VIP). Monthly limit is €30,000 standard.
• Outstanding bonus wagering must be completed before bonus winnings are released for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. The default casino wagering requirement is 35x (deposit + bonus). The default sportsbook bonus wagering is 5x in accumulators of 3+ legs at minimum 1.70 odds per leg. Maximum bet with an active casino bonus is €5 per spin or hand. Welcome offers are limited to one per player, household and IP. Irregular play patterns - such as low-risk roulette, hedge betting, or two-account play - may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7. Restricted Countries

The service is not available in: Afghanistan, Canada, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela and Yemen. The operator may at any time add or remove countries from this list to comply with local laws.

8. Game Rules & Game Fairness

All games are provided by licensed third-party studios. Each game's RTP and rules are available on the in-game info screen. Game malfunctions void all related plays and pays. Golazzo's server logs are the final authority in any dispute about game results.

9. Account Closure & Inactivity

You can close your account at any time from the Responsible Gambling settings or by contacting support. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be charged a small dormant-account fee, deducted from the balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

10. Anti-Fraud, Money Laundering & Multiple Accounts

Golazzo follows AML procedures consistent with its license. Where fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, chargebacks or use of stolen payment methods is suspected, accounts may be suspended pending investigation, balances may be voided, and information may be shared with law enforcement.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with our support team via live chat or support@golazzo.com. If a complaint cannot be resolved within 14 days, you may escalate to the Tobique Gaming Commission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golazzo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is in any case limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (Costa Rica) and the regulations of the Tobique Gaming Commission. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
