Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. The tools and resources below help you stay in control.
Account Tools
Golazzo offers a full set of responsible gambling controls. Every tool can be set in your account under Account > Responsible Gambling.

| Deposit limit | Cap the total you can deposit per day, week or month. |
| Loss limit | Cap the total you can lose over a chosen period. |
| Wager limit | Cap the total amount you can stake over a period. |
| Session limit | Set a maximum length for a single login session. The session ends automatically when reached. |
| Reality check | Get a reminder pop-up after a chosen interval of continuous play. |
| Cooling-off | Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You cannot place bets, deposit or play during this time. |
| Self-exclusion | Lock your account for 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanently. Marketing communications stop and the account cannot be reopened until the period ends. |
| Account closure | Close your account at any time, with no minimum balance. |
Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions and self-exclusions take effect immediately.
Warning Signs
Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being entertainment. The following signs are common warnings that play has gone too far:
- Spending more time or money on gambling than you planned
- Chasing losses with bigger bets
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to gamble
- Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gambling
- Skipping work, school or social events to gamble
- Using gambling as an escape from stress, depression or anxiety
If any of these apply, take a break. Use a cooling-off or self-exclusion. Talk to someone.
Player Protection
- 18+ only. Accounts can only be opened by adults aged 18 or above. Underage gambling is prohibited.
- Identity verification. KYC checks confirm the age and identity of every player before withdrawals.
- Player funds segregation. Player balances are held separately from operating funds.
- Fair gaming. All games run on certified RNGs from licensed providers, with house edges published on the providers' info pages.
- Anti-money-laundering. Source-of-funds checks may be applied for higher-volume players.
- Marketing controls. You can disable promotional emails, SMS and push notifications from your account preferences.
